Sea Ray boat font style

I?m trying to get an idea of the actual font style or a similar one that the Sea Ray logo is written in. Anyone have any ideas what it may be? The reason why i am asking is im going to make a vinyl decal of the boat name and i thought it might be neat if i could write in in the same Font as sea ray is written on the side of the boat. Any and all input would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

can't you blow up the logo, to what you want, then print it. i had a shop do it for me.

Do a search on E-bay, you will find a vinyl decal already made.

I think he wants the name he gave the boat, not "Sea Ray". He just wants it to resemble the Sea Ray logo by using the same font.

Exactly, i dont want the name sea ray on the back..but the name i gave my boat to be writen in the same font as the sea ray logo font. Sorry if i wasnt clear.

Odds are that it's not a standard font. Instead a graphic artist probably designed the logo from scratch. That's the most common thing when it comes to logos, I'm afraid.

Email the lister of the Sea Ray decals on Ebay and see if he can do the lettering for you.

it is most likely a designed font since it is a logo - I haven't seen it. It looks like a VERY modified brush script. Some of the on-line design shops that cut marine lettering can do that for you. They mock up these type of requests all the time.
