Sea Ray 25'5 Sedan Bridge 1982

Does anyone know the good, the bad, and the ugly on this year boat? I am considering buying one of these, It has a brand new Cummins 400 diesel put in it with a new paint job on it. They are asking $9500.00. Boot looks like it is in good shape for the most part. The interior looks outdated, but it is a 1982 boat, but it is in good shape. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
