Sea Ray 220 DA fresh water pump

I have a 1989 SEa Ray 220 DA. I put water in the fresh water holding tank. Nothing comes out of faucets (galley, head, and transom wash down). I can't locate fresh water pump. Where is it? Is there a toggle switch or something to turn it on?

On our 270, there is a switch at the helm and the pump is under the forward berth.

Thanks. I flipped helm switch on. By forward berth I assume V-berth?

Welcome to IBOATS

On my 2001 270DA the water pump is mounted on top of the hot water tank about 4 feet from the fresh water tank.

I found the owners manual on Sea Ray's site so I attached that below as if you go to page 30, it says the pump should be in the bilge by the water tank and has a picture and mentions about the filter inside it.

Do you also have a pressure dockside water inlet? When I first tried some of my faucets, some had no water flow using the 12v pump but when I hooked it up to the dockside system, water flowed fine and have not had an issue since when using just the 12v pump.

I do not have dockside water inlet, wish I did because I stay on boat in slip every weekend April-November and it would be very convenient.

It doesn't mention anything about a switch on the pump. I guess I need to locate and remove pump and go from there.

The only switch is on the dash and somewhere is a fuse; might be blown. Compromised ground wire.

Yep, maybe find of way of applying 12v directly to the pump by-passing the switch and see what happens.
