I have a 5hp Seaking GG18732B Ser. 36x877314 Made by Gale. 1. I can't find the year listed in the charts I found on this site. Can you help? 2. I can't find a pee hole. A lot of water is spraying from a hole (abour3/8") in the back of the leg, above the water line. Does that mean the water pump is working?

It is a 1963. Why do you think you need a pee hole? That big blow hole in the backside should be enough. There should be a healthy spray blowing out that hole. Water coming out that hole has passed through the cooling system and has done its job. Pee holes usually are ahead of the cooling system and do not mean that water is actually going through and cooling the powerhead.

Your Sea King shares many parts with the Evinrude/Johnson motors of similar design.
New and used parts are readily available.Under the E/J applications.
