Sea doo exhaust pipe leak

Have 2 Sea Doo SPX 1995 and both are leaking through one of the welded in discs in the exhaust pipe water jacket housing. (Purple pipe.) Has anyone had this peoblem? Sugestions for repair?????????

Alot of them do it ,mine did and had the hole welded shut.
