HI guys and Gals, looking for some information please. I acquired a Scott-Atwater outboard today and would like to identify it. Can someone help.
Model # 1-12
HP=3.6
SN=30252238

the motor is in good condition, and does run. I am looking to clean her up get it running well and possibly sell it. Anyone know where I might be able to get info for parts and value. I did a search and alot of posts refer to a website for them but none provide a link. And a web search comes up with alot of choices, not sure what information to believe. Thanks in advance.

Matt

Ok well while doing a search I found a great site that may have solved most of the mystery for me. I think its a 1951 or 1952 model. Here is a site for someone who might do a search like I did in the future.

http://www.scottatwater.com/model_identification.htm

Matt

Papasage It is poor form to post another problem in someone elses question.Your motor is a 12 hp.
Could be a 6012 1960 or 61.12hp @ 4,800 rpm,J6c plug @ .035.points @ .020, Fuel mix 6 oz. per
gallon TCW3 rated oil.
Check my other post for possible help.
