Scan tool options for all boats

Does anyone have any experience with the Rinda Tech Mate Pro scan tool ? Also is there any other scan tools on the market for a reasonable price that would allow me to scan later model outboards to check and clear codes ? Thanks !

Have used Techmate for years, and Rinda is the only tool maker other then Mercury G3 and it's dealer only

There are some tools which can display engine data but not so far as clearing codes.

I'm guessing the techmate has add ons for outboards as well ? I'd like to be able to scan the later model Mercury and Yamaha EFI motors, maybe Honda and Suzuki also.

Yes there are various adapters used for the different motors.
But not able to see for Yam or Suz

I noticed that also, seems I may have to go a different route for my outboard units.

For the Yam and Suz but all Mercury OB are covered. I just bought the ones for V8 Verado's

What would you recommend for Yamaha, Honda, and Suzuki outboards ?
