Has anyone ever successfuly used spanish sardines or regular srdines as bait in freshwater? It really works well in salt so I wondered if it might work in the lake.
The work great for land locked striped bass, trolled or cut bait. We get frozen sardines and anchovies out here in Las Vegas, I prefer the dines over the chovies.
