Not as far as I have heard.I know they were talking about it but nothing as of yet has been done.I really hope they dont pass that law.The problem is not with the anglers it is with the commercial fishing boats.If you go into a supermarket and look at the size of the strippers there you will get sick they are only babies.If you hear anything different let me know.<br />good fishing
