How about some top level sticky catagories for each state and possibly sub topics for popular local areas? ie /Florida/WestCoast/Naples

NJ, NY to ME: Including Long Island, Cape Cod & Block Island

The Carolinas
North & South Carolina

Florida & Georgia
FL, GA, Including The Bahamas

Chesapeake Area
DE, MD, PA, VA, WA

Gulf Coast
Including: AL, LA, MS, TX & FL Panhandle

Mexico and The Caribbean

West Coast
Baja, Cali, Oregon, Wash & Alaska

Australia

UK
