Salt water book

Does anybody know of a book that identifies different species of salt water fish that are caught in the pacific ocean. I have seen such a book that had many pictures and a discription of them seemed like it was also a bound book. Thanks in advance RRJ

I have a very good book by Gar Goodson titled "Fishes of the Pacific Coast" with color pictures and descriptions. The ISBN number is 0804713855. Just Google the ISBN number.

A Field Guide to Pacific Coast Fishes...it's a Pederson field guide book, pretty comprehensive

We also use the Pederson Field Guide and it pretty good for the Pacific. It will tell you ways to identify fish but does not do it in color for the most part.
I will attach a few field plates. Sorry could not find a way to attach but this web site has lots of California fish. Nearshore, Shelf fish, ect.
