Sailfish 29 2005

I'm looking at a very nice 2005 26' Sailfish CC with a pair of Yamaha 4stks 150hp for $29k or best offer. My concern is that the engines hours are at 3,000. The seller tells me the compression is very good. I haven't tested the boat yet, but with this concern should I even bother???

Very nice boat, but considering age and hours, price seems a bit steep to me....maybe seller is hoping for $25K....After you run a thorough sea trial you'll have a better idea what to offer him. My thoughts are that there may be other very similar rigs with less hours....shop around
