Safety Equip. for 19 foot bassboat(Ohio)

Hey guys,
I read the Ohio laws but I don't know what qualifies. I have a whistle, distress flag, new handheld flares, type 1 life jackets and a throwable. I gave away my anchor when my dad lost his so I'll have to replace that. Do I have to get a air-horn? Thanks guys. This boat is only used on inland lakes.

Yes the whistle qualifies and you will need an anchor to pass inspection, along with your fire extinquisher and working lights bow and stern, `1 throwable and life jackets for each rider, you also need the boat's registration on board and it has to be the original not a copy. You don't need an air horn but a distress flag is minimum you don't need the flares on inland lakes.
