Point your browser to http://tinyurl.com/czv9qmx and you can read about the boat accident near Burlington, IA. Two jon boats crashed head on with 11 individuals in one boat and only 1 person in the other boat. I know exactly where this happened at as I used to keep a boat in a marina very near there. I also used to ski through the wing dam that they refer to. Anyway, all four of the bodies have now been recovered.

How do you get 11 people in a jon boat? Sad.

Bigger question is what were 11 people doing in a jon boat at 1:45am? If it was the Rio Grande, I could understand...

That's really sad. Not far from where I live.

"You don't have skid marks and stuff in boating accidents," he said.

11 people in a jon boat at 1:45am. Ya, I think I know where I'd find a skid mark. Very sad indeed.

For a brief second I thought this was going to be a redneck joke or something. I would never believe that 11 people could fit in a john boat.

I feel bad for the families.

The 4 dead were not wearing PFDs, and it would surprise me if the others were.

Victims identified, seems they were all 20-22 years old.
