I was looking at the engine on the Wellcraft we purchased Sunday when I noticed two small rust stains on the engine. One is where the intake meets the heads the other is on the front in the headgasket/ front cover area- too high for waterpump. It appears to have never been apart. It's a 5.7 Merc. Do I have a leak? Is this common for a freshwater boat with approx 50 hours? The dealer said he'd check it but I dont want to be putting headgaskets on in July. Thanks
