ok heres the $70 ?????. thats what it cost me for a new transducer. the last one broke off inside the well as i was running it through the side wall of my boat... i wanna run it through the side wall but i'm afraid it will get stuck again and break the other plug is still in the wall and i cant get it out and at $70 a pop i don't wanna lose this one in there. i'm hoping i can tape some tie wire around the full length of the ducer and then pull it through any thoughts??????????

1989 bass tracker pro 17 aluminum hull
40 hp johnson/evinrude outboard
matrix 25 fishfinder
minnkota 50lb thrust bow mount trolling motor

forget it i tried getting it through again but it's way to tight and i'm not going to spend $70 on a transducer so i'll just run it along the inside well

??? why can't you pull the cable instead of the ducer, or am I reading you wrong ? pull the plug end from where the ducer will be mtd.to the FF unit. good luck.
