I want to replace the running light directly behind the wheel. The wire is pulled out of the running light due to a tire blowout. How do I remove ths running light?

We'd need a picture to give you a definite answer. But there should be some screws or bolts/nuts to remove the light housing. Possibly on the backside of the light where the wires go into it.

With the suggestions I got here I tackled the problem again. I was able to get the lens of the running light off and replaced it with a new light. Thanks for your help.
