Running cables through deck

I need to run a VHF cable from my bow rails through deck to the back of my helm. I can't find a fiting to secure the cable through the deck. Can someone point me in the proper direction?

What you're looking for is a thru deck cable gland. The only one listed in Iboats that I could find is this apparently brass fitting with no picture available CABLE GLAND, PG21, BRASS - Ned-Deck Marine B.V. 10136 - iboats
I googled images of "deck cable gland and found these pictures in the link below. It wouldn't be proper to recommend a supplier other than Iboats, but armed with the pictures perhaps you can find a supplier. - Grandad
