Would having both of the following transducers being used at the same time create a problem
humminbird 83/200kzh
lowrance 50/200kzh

The 200kHz may conflict. What are you seeing and does it go away when you turn the other off?

I ddin't do it yet. I have a humminbird 565 fish finder with depth. Just boat a new lowrance hds-5m gps/chartplotter. It would be nice to have the depth on the chartplotter as well

Wait and see then. It is possible to get interferance once you get into deep enough water where you have cone overlap. I was pleasently surprised that my 798 and 400tx do not have interferance even though they share 200kHz and 455kHz signals.
