i got nice motor, but i dont know any fact from history.
i run this motor few hours, usualy at low speed.
i notic oily spots flating around transom.sure i use 1:50 mix with tcw3 oil.
this spots looks like i put some fuel around.
after runing at low speed motor starts usualy with choke on.
sparks looks oily.
prombem just gon if i ride at ful trotle for 15 min.starts one pull
i notice motor block is always cold.
i looked at termostat.looks ok.
tryed in glas of hot water and is opening.
i think motor is runing to cold and is not burning oil.i run my 9.9 83' and motor block is hoter then this 15 hp
low speed needle is adjusted properly.
this 96' termostat its new construction in comper wit his older one.
so any advice,
