Rude 40 parts question, 1963

I have a generator, bracket, and belt off a 1963 40hp Rude Lark Seletric I'm parting out. I have a person who wants to buy it. He doesn't know what to offer, and I don't know what to ask! I try to be fair with people, as what goes around, comes around. Can someone give me at ballpark of what this is worth? Thanks in advance
