Rubber seal around pull start for Nissan NSF30A Cowling

I cannot find this seal in the parts manual, does anyone have a source for this part, new or used. I've enclosed an image ..thanks

Hi Paul,

Here is the other motor without the rubber grommet. The grommet in the picture shows it overlapping the opening of the pull handle.

here is a better picture. It is more like an O ring that fits around the lip of the opening where the pull start sits
