RPM Range on Evinrude 1997 150 ocean pro EXEUC

Can someone tell me my rpm/mph range on my motor, how fast should I run at what rpm? I have a 1997 stratos cc 20ft. I only turn about 5000rpm wot and will run around 37-40 mph think it use to turn 5400rpm befor I changed out the throttle assembly any help with this would be great. Don't remember the prop size but it's pitch is what the factory recommended.

The Service Manual recommends 4500-5500 as max RPM range. You might check to see that the new throttle assembly allows for wide open throttle.

if you changed out the throttle assembly and lost 400 RPM.. you did something wrong there.
