rpm at idle for 1989 110hp Johnson

Can anyone tell me what the recomended rpm at idle is for a 1989 110hp Johnson and how to adjust?

600-700 rpm in farward gear in water.Screw is close to link that goes to timer, make sure you have correct screw. The screw with rubber boot is for timing. After adjusting idle, adjust throttle cable so that screw comes back to stop<br />each time you bring throttle back.
