i have twin 135 merc outboards 1992. my port engine will not increase rpm under load as i advance throttle. i have clean carbs and needles/ fuel/ throttle linkages correct/ plugs are burning brown/ compression is 130 in all 6 cyl./ lower end has clean oil with no metal/ other engine runs fine so fuel is not a problem. i need some help from someone who knows the 1992 and later models. hope i gave enough info this posting<br />thanks for any help
