At idle and up to about 1500rpm, no 3 cyl is dead, plenty of spark but not functioning. Above this rpm the engine smooths out and seem to produce plenty of power. Took rocker cover off and all valves are working, with no. 3 on tdc both valves are fully closed. Don't know why no 3 works at higher rpm's but cuts out at low rpm's. Could it have something to do with the hyd lifters for no 3 ? I'm at a stand still with this.
