Roof top A/C cover

When we bought our boat we already had a Dometic roof top A/C unit mounted on the flybridge deck. It has a cover over it resembling a short table. I presume it serves two purposes 1.) to protect the unit and 2.) provide a level surface on which to place cans, bottles, etc. I’ve seen them in photos of various boats. Are these mass produced and if so can someone provide a link or name of the manufacturer? Or, are they made by various fiberglass shops? Thanks!
