Roll on flooring question

Anyone have any experience with the Overton's Tuff Coat Rubberized Non Skid coating? Its a roll on flooring that replaces carpet. Thinking of pulling up the carpet and want to use an alternative that is easier to keep clean.

I used durbak on mine and i love it, haven't got it on the water yet. waiting for warm weather
