I'm trying to figure this one out. Apparently, in Rochester they have built a sizeable pier etc. I know Toronto has not done anything yet. We do have a variety of places for docking though. <br /><br />We spend a lot of time in the Cobourg area and I know that about a generation ago (maybe 2) a ferry used to run between Cobourg and Rochester. <br /><br />Not trying to be patronizing but what is there in Rochester besides the Kodak plant?<br /><br />Joe

Steam mill. <br />One of the reporters of a Toronto newspaper came to Rochester to find out.<br />She was told by the major of Rochester himself not go to the historical Susan B. Anthony home because she might get mugged or worse on her way there. Rochester's favorite food is Nick Tahoe's "garbage plate".Need I continue or do you understand now why I asked the question?<br />I was hoping somebody could tell me what to do in Rochester. So I can go and do it

I'll be driving the 45min. to Rochester so I can<br />take the ferry to Toronto. unless they build a<br />big outlet mall or something in Charlotte, I have<br />no idea why anyone would come over from Toronto?

Hey I've got it!! Take an obscure, somewhat useless part of a chicken, bread it, put it in hot sauce and sell it for twice what it is worth. That will make the place famous!!!! Yeaa... that's it!!! Oops. Been done to death.
