I picked up a 2008 Road King boat trailer
RKG17WV
The springs are shot, no question those need replaced.
The Hub looks to be leaking from the back.
How do I tell if the axel is still good.
Will every hub fit on my axel spindle?
I am hoping I can just replace the springs and the hubs.
Is https://www.boattrailerparts.com/ a legit site, their prices seem good.

Axle components are generally sized by the axle rating, which should match or exceed the trailer GVWR.

To check the axle condition, pull the wheel/hub/bearings and check the condition of the axle under the bearings and under the rear seal. The rear seal surface condition needs to be very smooth for the seal to work. Check my Good Source for Trailer Axles thread for pictures of an axle okay under the bearings, but not okay under the seal.
