1996 Four winns 215 sundowner 5.7 liter ford with fuel injection

It was fine until we took it out to the lake, we would go full throttle and the engine would spit and sputter we would bring it to lower RPM (2500or below) and it would be fine. I took it into the shop and they replaced fuel pump, fuel pump relay, now they are stumped.
They now want to replace the nuetral switch and or the ECU

Please help they have had my boat for 3 weeks relaced parts and still it does the same thing when I get it to the lake!

Thank you

I would suggest you pull your boat from that guy. The fact that he replaced the fuel pump relay that either works or doesn't, and then thinks it might be the neutral safety switch??????? That has nothing to do with anything.
Blaming the ECU without a lot more testing is just throwing parts at it because you have no clue what is going on.
You could be suffering from low fuel pressures do to high pressure pump being slightly plugged or a faulty connection somewhere, but it's crazy to think the ECU is the problem at this point.
