were you fishing at now??old hickory?if so try fishing a 10 inch worm in the grass.youm can find kentuckys on steep rock banks with a 4'ringworm.

Yes, Old Hickory, I usually fish near Drakes Creek or Galatin steam plant. I have tried hitting the grass beds but lately it seems the fish are gone by 7 or 7:30 am. I don't know where they go but they are hidden from me.

There probably bearing up in the grass,take a 1oz jig and flip right in the thickest parts.jig up and down 2 or 3 times then pull it out and move over a little bit and do it again.have you fished back behind the island on the right when you leave flippers?if you go all the way to the bank theres a deepwater cut that runs back behind the island onto the flat,good for buzzbaits and frogs.
