I do remember him very well. He was great and another one of the older comedians to pass on. I don't see anybody these days that can put on a decent comedy show that the whole family can attend anymore. So many think they need profanity for every other word to make people laugh.

I agree gm most comedians today think swearing makes you funny. Family friendly they are not.

That was exactly what I thought of GA .. Standing at the pearly gates dishing out insults ! :lol:
I know he made a living at making fun of people but he did the same about himself and the jokes usually had a hint of the truth to them ...
Ya got to be able to laugh at yourself a little I think ...
