rinker horn does not work

hi
i have a rinker 192 2005,
the horn does not work ,does any one have any idea where the horn is on the boat and where the fuse box is .

I have the exact same boat. Same thing happened to me when I first got it. Probably not the fuse. Remove the horn cover (chrome grill) on the bow of the boat and remove the horn. Put a meter across the leads and have a helper press the horn button. You should see 12 vdc. Chances are, the points on the horn are corroded together. Separate them, clean them up and then you can toot your own horn!!
