Righty tighty-- lefty loosey ? Drain plugs ??

Hey sea hound jockey's , got a question for ya's . On the 3.0 merc 181 iron duke GM motor. Do all of the water drain plugs open in the same pattern as a common theaded bolt?? Righty tighty -- lefty loosey?? I just don't want to snap a bolt head or strip something out.....

Also , on the manifold drain plug ! Is this the bolt located on the bottom of the manifold near the middle?
