I have a 12-3/4 x 21 pitch prop on an 80 hp Merc, pushing a 17' alum boat. The guy that I bought it from used it exclusively for water skiing, so I'm thinking that he may have a special prop on it. The boat will do around 40 on a smooth day, which is fast enough for me, but my buddies think it should go faster. What do you think
