We are thinking about going by boat to Rib Fest this weekend. I would trailer the boat from Palm Harbor to somewhere in St. Pete, put the boat in, and go from there. Since I am only familiar with the west side of the county, I have a few questions. Is there any decent ramps over that way to put the boat in at? Are the channels fairly clearly marked? Once I get down there will I be able to find a transient slip somewhere, or will I need to moor and wade in? Any input / advice would be greatly appreciated!
