First I would like to thank everyone for all their advice. I don't know much about outboards, I'm working on my first and have received some very helpful tips. But I have another question.<br />My 1968 6hp Evinrude revs up good in neutral, but when I put it in forward, the trottle will not go completely to "fast". So it revs about half a fast in forward as in neutral. Any ideas?
