reverse rotation 350 camshaft

Does a reverse rotation 350 chevy use the same camshaft as a clockwise rotation car or truck motor Does this explain the spit back from the carberator when it tries to run

A reverse rotation chev engine uses a different camshaft, different crank and the pistons are turned around.
