Retorque oil mix after rebuild?

Rebuilt a 1994 Evinrude 200hp and only have about 1 hour of run time on it. At what point should I retorque the head bolts and go back to the regular oil mix as I am usuing double oil presently.

i have 115 johnson 95 model, after 20 hours of break in time it says to re torque and go back to regular oil ratio.
