Hi.
In some 9.9 models are instaled carbs from 15hp but under carb is a restrictor plate to reduce power to 9.9 or 10 hp.
I need a inner dimension of this restrictor plate.
maybe someone has this motro on stand or just have one to measure

What years are you talking? The 1970s-early 1990s era used smaller bore carbs, not restrictors. Only ones I've seen with restrictors were the 15A racing models used in the Junior racing classes.

i'm refering to evinrude/johnson made in 1988-1992,with fited carb withblack plastic top in it.
under the carb is restrictor plate with 2 gaskets
in this motors are mounted leaf shrim also( no mather if its 9.9 or 15 hp)
i need to know dimension of the hole in this restrictor becouse someone has removed this restrictor and motor is not runing right-is floding, and some fuel is sipping down the carb body.
fuel bowl is not liking

Interesting. Think you might mean #43 in the BRP parts diagram (using 1990) -- appears to be no corresponding identification for the part. It is mounted between two carb gaskets in the diagram.

OEM 1990 Carb kit 0439073 comes with two gaskets with different diameter holes (carb to manifold), as well as what I take to be a leaf shim. It's probably a kit for both the 9.9 and 15 If you have the kit or parts of 9.9/15 kits, pick a gasket with the smaller hole and use it as a template for the restrictor you want to make.

I'm not sure why you would have any fuel leakage with a gasket in place, though. I would guess that if you have seepage, you will have poor running caused by an air leak.
