Restore old zodiac

Sometime ago I purchased an older 1970 zodiac boat with 2 motors. I started to restore the boat, but now having second thoughts. Can anyone help me to indentify the year of the boat and possibly its value.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Pics will follow after the boat is inflated.
The plate reads:
No. 242290
30 HP
Anceviniere
Max 1235 lbs.
Commando 5
Measures: from transom to front 12 feet
pontoon off transom 3 feet

Two motors came with the boat, 15 hp Suzuki oil injection and 30 hp, oil injection
Guess my next question would be where do I find the year of the motors and their value.

Somewhere on that number plate should be the year of the boat.

Attempted to send pic of registration, but not sure if attached. Only in Canada, can't find year on plate.
