Bought Tracker 04 40 ho 2 stroke merc. Had terrible fuel run through. Took every line off, cleaned out fuel pump, new bulb, ect. One short hose had preformed bends in it. I could not replicate it without pinching off the fuel, so I ran line over the top of the engine from the fuel pump and down the other side. Boat ran fine for 2 mins, now bogs down to near idle. Am I asking too much of the vacuum?
