repower 18.5 Wahoo sportfish- which engine

Repowering 1989 18.5 Wahoo Sportfish dual console, 1500 gross. Considering 02new in box 115 evinrude, 2005 T 150 evinrude, 150 yamaha 4 stroke. Replacing 150 johnson but am unsure if 115 would be enough. 02/115 new in box $6.8k, 05/T150 DFI new in box $9.8k, 10 yamayha 150 4 stroke $12,9k. Any thoughts? Don't pull skiers any longer, mainly lake and bay fishing w/wife, empty nesters. Don't want to overspend/overmotor 20 yr old hull, but don't want under performance either. thanks for replies.

Can't really comment on how much HP you need as I'm unfamilar with that boat, though it's pretty light.

I'd be tempted by the price difference on the 02 motor. Just be sure to have it gone through to check for anything rubber. 8 years sitting hasn't done rubber items any good, they can/do dry up and crack. Also have the impeller changed if it's a rubber one, as it is most likely hard as a rock and taken a set such that it won't pump water. Otherwise, as I said, being a cheapskate - that's the one I would go for - especially if there is further room for negotiation.
