Replacing the floor

I have an old Achiles with a 5 horse Force that needs the floor replaced. I can use the existing floor as a template but wonder if anyone has a recomendation for sealing the new marine plywood once it's cut. I don't use it often and most of the time just keep it inside unless I'm going on a trip with the boat. Most of the time when it's in the water my kids just putter around the marina being social. Anyhow, what would be the best sealant to use.

Re: Replacing the floor

You can seal wooden panel floorboards with epoxy base and paint, or polyurethane base and paint, both products should seal well against water ingression into plywood pores and prevent floorboards to rot. Will need to sand well all floorboards before applying base.
