Hi all,
Just replacing my swim ladder on the boat....the one that's on there only has two rungs, and me and the wife are at an age where getting our legs up that high becomes a challenge!:laugh: The mounting brackets for the new ladder are different in size, and thought I'm able to use two of the original holes, I will have to drill two new ones. What have folks done to plug the small screw holes left after doing this? The boat is fibreglass, and the holes are quite small.
Thanks.

Fill them with an epoxy putty like Marine-Tex is best. Polyester putty will work as well.

MarineTex or PC11 epoxy. PC11 is available at most Ace Hardware stores and cures to a light putty grey.

Marine-tex comes in white and grey. I believe you can tint it with standard fiberglass coloring's, but check the label to make sure.
