Replacing sundeck on pontoon boat

Hello everyone,
I am getting ready to replace my sundeck or back layout section on my pontoon boat. I have a question on the top side it has grey carpet but underneath the sundeck is what to me looks like black lining material. Where can I purchase the black lining material at? I have looked on-line but not having to much luck. Can you send me some web sites or know locally where I could purchase this at. Thanks Bob

Try the fabric department at Wal Mart or a craft store, they should have something that will work and you can actually see it and it shoudl be quite alot less than anything online.
