Just had a pair of 1996 Seadoo GTX's stolen last week. I really liked them and want to find another pair around the same vintage. They were very easy to work on and parts only cost an arm. Does anyone know what year that the crank and short block price skyrockets?. I think it might be 1998 . Or is it just when they started to put 951's in them?, which I think was 1998.

98 gtx has the 951, those are more expensive to buy and harder to work on than the 787.
