Ive been having milky oil in my lower unit so I did a pressure test and bubbles showed from the shift shaft seal. I cannot find anything online about my model and really would appreciate some help before I start pulling on stuff that I shouldn't. I have attached a picture of the shaft. Thanks for any guidance.

Remove those bolts and carefully pry that part up and out. Don't forget about the seals under the water pump!

Thanks, got the "Holder Seal" out. Looks like I can replace the whole assembly as opposed to just the rubber parts for about $40. I will do that then check it with pressure again to make sure none of the other seals are gone. What do you mean about the seals under the water pump? I replaced the water pump and seals (waterpump kit) mid season last year. Being I took it all off, should I do that again or can I just put it back together? a new waterpump kit is less than $20

If you did the pump last year, those seals should be ok to re-use. The seals I'm talking about are under the pump, and seal the driveshaft to the case. There are 2, one facing inward, the other outward. Check it out in a parts illustration....
