Replacing sea ray 215ec seats

I have a 1997 Sea Ray 215 Express Cruiser would like to change the helm seats with pedalstall type anyone know about th deck under port and starboard side if I can just mount or would I have to cut it out and reinforce it? thanks

I don't know about the EC but the Seville bow rider uses a box glassed to plywood without any under-floor reinforcement. In any case, an on-deck reinforcement should work fine and you could taper the edges to remove trip opportunities.
